Cannot open file
I've been using the lite edition with no problem, but wanted to try the standard edition. But I get "Cannot open file... "
It's a zip of the log files downloaded directly from the server.

The problem may appear if the ZIP file is locked by another application or has incorrect format. You should try to copy the file to another location to check if it's not locked.
BTW if you want to use the ZIP file just to analyze multiple log files at once, you can also specify a wildcard like c:\Logs\*.log instead of log file name to do it.
