Cannot open file

I've been using the lite edition with no problem, but wanted to try the standard edition. But I get "Cannot open file... "

It's a zip of the log files downloaded directly from the server.

Any clue why I can't open the file?

Unable opening zip file it must be archive corruption if it's right I would recommend you following program zipfix

The filename was logarchive%2e12_01 once I removed the %2e, it worked fine.

The wildcard worked great

The Lite version opens ZIP files the same way as the Standard version, so you should recheck that you could also open this file with the lite version.

The problem may appear if the ZIP file is locked by another application or has incorrect format. You should try to copy the file to another location to check if it's not locked.

BTW if you want to use the ZIP file just to analyze multiple log files at once, you can also specify a wildcard like c:\Logs\*.log instead of log file name to do it.
