Server engine is stopped in webserver
Server engine is stopped in webserver menu but i can't run it when i click run button.Can you help me??

Does nothing occur when you click the Run button (no error or another dialog)? If so, I recommend you to do the following:
1. If you use Windows Vista/2008/7, right-click the WebLog Expert icon and click the "Run as administrator" command. Try to run the server after you started the program such way.
2. Try to reinstall .NET Framework 4.0, you can install it from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downlo...
3. Check that you security software (antivirus/firewall), maybe it doesn't allow the server to run for some reason.
