I am new to this software, and need some help.
My filters
The stats shown below are not real. We are a very small business here in Australia and we barly receive 10 phone orders.
Please can you tell me what other filters should i use here ? or am i missing something

Hi,
I recommend you to review the Browsers section and Visitors section, maybe there is an unidentified robot that accesses a lot of pages on your site and causes incorrect statistics to be reported, so you may want to exclude it.
I also recommend you to use the File filter instead of "Visitors accessing the file", as it may exclude all activity of visitors accessing a specified file.
It also seems that the /xml/rpc.php file doesn't exist, so you may want to exclude it too.
What exactly are you trying to get the report to show?
