Browser reports as MS office

I am curious why the browser report is sometimes MS Office. (Microsoft Office/14.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Microsoft Outlook 14.0.7265; Pro) - Could it be because the http call to the page is directly from a mass mail ?

You should check which files were requested with this useragent. E.g. if there are images from your site used in an email, Outlook may request them to show in the email that will cause this useragent to appear in the report.

Aha - thank you - I had run a direct mailing before looking at the logs and I had directly linked to pdfs on site from

the email.  The emailing was plain text - however sometimes I do embed images so that would explain some.  It makes more sense now.

Many thanks

I think the issue is due to the images maybe.
