Why is there only a 3 month history?

When viewing reports why can't I select a month that is more than 3 months old? I need to compare data from April to August and I dont want to generate seperate reports.

It would be great if there was a calendar selector provided for non-dynamic reports.

The main problem with static reports is that it is necessary to generate full reports with all tables and charts for all periods that can be viewed by a visitor. That's why it's not possible to add the ability to select any custom time ranges to static HTML reports. We also decided to show just few intervals (e.g. only last 3 month) in static HTML reports when an option to create subreports is enabled, so the program doesn't need to create a very large reports with a lot of pages and charts.

As dynamic HTML reports already can show reports for any time ranges, it is unlikely that we add additional date range selection options to static HTML reports.
