Adding Job titles to Authenticated users
LF way to add information to Authenticated users
We are using our Weblog to generate statistics on our internal newsletter. Because the newsletter is internal all visitors have usernames as follows COMPANY\first_letter_of_first_name_first_6_letters_of_last_name
I was wondering how it would be possible to add the job positions to our users so that I could generate information like this % of this department reads the newsletter. I have to look up everyone's position individually for each report.
Can anyone advise. I don't need to work within the program: Is there any way to export to Excel so that I can make a macro or something that will pair usernames to positions? Then I only need to do it once.
