How to reset default file open program
How can I change the default program used to open reports. The one I choose is not allowing even the sample reports to show up.

You need to change the default programs for .HTM files. You can find information on how to do it at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/wi... (you'll need to use the "Associate a file type or protocol with a program" option).
