Multiple hit counts on one web page in Top 50 Most Popular Pages

Under "most popular pages" why do I see one page generating hit counts multiple times? Example the #1, #20 & #24 line entries are all noting the same web page. Why are they not all counted as one entry?

There should be some difference between file names that are listed at these position. Maybe they differ by character case only, in such case you can fix it by checking the "Convert file names to lower case when analyzing IIS logs" option in the program options, "Analysis | General" category (if you analyze IIS logs). It is also possible to set this option for specific profile and for any logs in Profile Properties > General > Custom analysis settings > Files > Case Conversion > Case of file names.
