It is a great feature to get files from a web server using FTP, but what would be even better is to enable FTPs traffic to get the files from the web server. This is a feature of the new IIS.
Yes, the problem has appeared because Yahoo stopped supporting FTP, they require FTPS to download files now.
Unfortunately WebLog Expert doesn’t support FTPS. However, you can download log files manually using other software, e.g. free FileZilla - http://filezilla-project.org/ , and then analyze them with WebLog Expert. You can find information on using FileZilla with Yahoo at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smal...
I am suddenly having troubles downloading files from my yahoo hosted domain. i suspect that is due to the switch to ftps.
I keep getting the message "421 Sorry cleartext sessions are not allowed on this website"
Is there anything I could do? many thanks.
