Unable to get Tracked Files Report to Display

Running WebLog Expert Professional 7.3

Attempting to track files

/CertificationBodies/schedules/EMS/4307Environmental Management Systems.pdf
/CertificationBodies/schedules/QMS/4307Quality Management.pdf

The files are reported in the IIS6 Log Files for the period.

If I use either of these filenames (enclosed by quotes) in an Include Filter, I get reports on them fine, so WebLog Expert is seeing the files in the logs.

If I attempt to track either one of these files, enclosing by quotes or not enlcosing by quotes, or using a wild card such as

/CertificationBodies/schedules/QMS/4307Quality*.pdf

I get absolutely no data in the Tracked Files section of the report. The Tracked Files section is configured to display.

Can you help?

The problem appeared because there was an option set to convert file names to lower case, while the tracked file name wasn’t in lower case (tracked file names are always case sensitive).

You can fix the issue by entering the tracked file name like the following
/certificationbodies/schedules/qms/4307quality*.pdf

Could you send us a sample log file from your site, as well as your settings (you can save them using the File > Backup command) to us at support@weblogexpert.com so we check them?
