Time is out by 1 hour - does WebLog support daylight savings?

My logs are time stamped in UTC and I have 'Use system time zone' turned on, however the log analysis seems to calculate the local time based on UTC +10, which is the correct timezone. It is however currently daylight savings time here and the correct local time of UTC +11 (which the windows clock correctly displays).

Is there a settings/config I have missed?

The program doesn't use daylight savings offset to calculate time when the "Use system time zone" setting is used. The reason is that using it now will cause problems if the same logs are analyzed after the daylight saving ends - the program will show different results in this case as it will apply the daylight saving status at the date the analysis is performed.

However, it is still possible to set a custom time zone in the program options, so you can set it to UTC +11 manually.
