subdomains are not showing in report

I have multiple sub-domains. XX.domain.com and YY.domain.com.

I have added Virtual Domains in the report contents.
I have included the Virtual Domains in the filter

I am on 7.8 WebLog Expert Enterprise.

When I go to the reports, it doesn't show any data under the Virtual Domains:

No data available for the selected date range.

Is there some other set up that I am missing?

It seems that the program cannot get information on virtual domains from your log files. Could you send a sample log from your site to us at support@weblogexpert.com so we check it?

The problem appears because the log files don’t include the virtual domain field (cs-host). You can find information on how to add this field at http://www.weblogexpert.com/help/wlex...
