You can create such table in the Professional and Enterprise editions:
1. Open Options > Report > Tables.
2. Select the "Access Statistics > Most Popular Pages" table.
3. Click the "More" button and choose the "Copy Table..." command.
4. Set the table name and category you need on the "General" page. On the "Data" page set the "Group by" field to "Host" (main data value should remain the same)
