The program doesn't recognize .jsp files as pages by default. The paid versions allows you to fix it by adding this extension to the list of page extensions in Options > Analysis > Files. However, the Lite version doesn't have such capability.

We have released version 8.1 beta, both WebLog Expert and WebLog Expert Lite recognize .jsp files as pages by default in this version. If an older version of WebLog Expert is upgraded to the new version, the page extension list isn't updated automatically, while it can be edited in Options > Analysis > Files.
