No dynamic reports

Hello,

I am having a problem with getting dynamic reporting to work. I run the enterprise trial version with its internal web server. The logs have been analyzed correctly, the static reports show up good. A user "Test" has given the access to all the profiles and the only existing profile is published as well. Dot Net 4 is installed on the Windows 2008 R2 server, indeed. Some advices, please?

After you marked profile for publishing, you need to analyze it once again to actually publish it on the server. The program will open the profile page at the server automatically after analysis.

Yes, it worked, thank you!
So, does it mean that these dynamic reports are in fact static - the logs should be always analyzed to get fresh reports? Then it's quiite sad 'cause it takes a couple of hours to complete the analyze. Or, do tou have some suggestions about the best practices how to do it?

Dynamic reports allow you to view analysis results from the database "dynamically", i.e. you can choose any date range, apply filters, change sorting and number of items in tables, etc. However, new log files are analyzed when you analyze a profile in the program only.

You can run the analysis either manually or using the scheduler. E.g. you can schedule daily analysis, so the database will be updated daily. In most cases the program won't need to reanalyze all data, it can just analyze new files and append them to the database.
