Problem Anazlying Windows Azure web logs in Analyzer 8.1

I'm trying to analyse Windows Azure web logs. I've upgraded to ver 8.1 but it still says "the analysed log files don't contain any information which can be analysed by the program." Can anyone help?

You should check that you don't use filters or custom time range that filter out all th data. If it is not the case, could you send us a sample log file to us at support@weblogexpert.com?
