There is no special way to batch import a lot of subnets. However, it is possible to edit the configuration file that includes these settings, it has text format. E.g. you can use some script to add data automatically.

The settings are stored in the Main.cfg file located in the Config subfolder of the WebLog Expert data folder (usually “C:\Program Files\WebLog Expert” under Windows XP/2003 or older and “C:\ProgramData\WebLog Expert” under Windows Vista/2008/7 or newer).

Please note that if you use Windows Vista/2008/7 or newer, the C:\ProgramData folder is hidden by default (unlike the Program Files folder), so you need to set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders. To do it, click the Organize button on the toolbar in Windows Explorer and choose the "Folder and search options" item. Open the "View" tab and select the "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" option.

Nice, but there is a problem; what is the 'secret' for specifying the IP-adresses ?
172.16.230.1 becomes '-1408178687' and
192.168.1.1 becomes '-1062731519'

IPs are saved as signed 32-bit integers. The conversion formula is simple, but I think that there could be another solution. We decided to change the way the IPs are saved to the Main.cfg so they will be saved in usual format like 172.16.230.1. We are going to release the updated version next week, so you'll be able to use it to save the subnets. However, if you are interested I can provide the conversion formula too.

We have just released version 8.2, it is available at http://www.weblogexpert.com/download.htm. This version saves IPs in usual format.

After you install this version, you should open the Options dialog and click the OK button. After it the program will write the Main.cfg file in the new format.
