Custom report
Does anyone know of any method to report on the browsers/OS used by authenticated users. Something like a table with UserName - browser/OS - Browser/OS - Browser/OS and either a count or a % of the hits.

Yes, you can create such report in Options > Report > Tables. When you create a new table, you can choose Browser as main data and User name as group data, or vice versa.

It's not possible to report on browsers, OS and usernames in the same table, only two types of data (e.g. username/browser or username/OS) can be shown in a table at the same time.
