Is it possible to create application-wide filters?
Is there a way to filter out a specific file such as "/robots.txt" for all reports without having to create the same filter for each profile one at a time?

No, the program doesn't support filtering out files for all profiles. It only supports global ignore lists for hosts and referrers.
