Create folder in sharepoint document library

It is possible to create folders for logfiles with weblog expert in a sharepoint document library (https://...)? Actual i receive an error message: insufficient rights.
If i create a folder with browser in the library (same user) it is no problem.

Unfortunately I don't have experience with SharePoint. However, if you have set WebLog Expert to read logs from a local or shared drive, it seems to be a problem with reading log files under the current user account (if you run the analysis manually), so you should check what account is needed. If you use the built-in scheduler, you may need to specify account that can access the logs in the schedule settings.
