Does WebLog Export support reporting on IPv6 sites?

We haven't added this feature yet. We are going to add it in the future but we don't have a timeframe for it yet.

How is it now with IPv6? Has geolocation for IPv6 been added to WebLog Expert or are there plans to do that in the future?

Yes, the program can report on sites that use IPv6 addresses. It can also correctly analyze visitors that come from IPv6 addresses, while the program cannot perform DNS lookup and report geolocation data (country, state, city, organization) for them now.
