One license of WebLog Expert (either edition) allows you to use it on one computer and analyze log data from unlimited number of sites.
So if you have sites on multiple servers, you can either install the program on several servers (and purchase one license per server), or install it on one server and set to analyze logs from other servers (e.g. by reading logs from network drives). In the latter case just one license is required.
