Thanks. Switching browsers seemed to help too. Chrome was showing complete gibberish. IE actually handled the report better.
I can see many of the Chinese keywords. There are some Japanese keywords as well. However, half the report is filled with gibberish; combinations of what looks to be Japanese, Chinese, and English punctuation. I'm wondering if there is some additional encoding that is not displaying properly. I've tried several Asian encodings to no avail.
The question is whether all the keywords are in Chinese or English. If yes, they should be shown correctly. If they may be also in other languages, unfortunately they cannot be shown correctly as the program may only support one non-English language specified in the Windows settings for non-Unicode programs.
