We have a list IP Addresses with location information in an Excel file. Is there a way to import this information into the Geolocation options without having into enter them line by line in the UI?

There is no batch process available for adding custom geolocation data. However, you can edit the Main.cfg file (e.g. using a script) that has text format and contains the program settings including the custom geolocation data. The file is located in the Config subfolder of the WebLog Expert data folder (usually “C:\Program Files\WebLog Expert” under Windows XP/2003 or older and “C:\ProgramData\WebLog Expert” under Windows Vista/2008/7 or newer).

Please note that if you use Windows Vista/2008/7/8 or newer, the C:\ProgramData folder is hidden by default (unlike the Program Files folder), so you need to set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders. To do it, click the Organize button on the toolbar in Windows Explorer and choose the "Folder and search options" item. Open the "View" tab and select the "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" option.
