I lost my license key however I have not received a reply from my email of 5 January 2015 asking for assistance from sales@.... I cannot upgrade without the license key.
Strange, I have sent you the license key the same day. I've resent you the key from another email address, maybe the previous email was filtered out by your email system. Please let me know if you haven't received the key.
