Screen Resolution Not Displaying

I am having an issue with Resolution.
My company just bought the standard version.
I have all the files in place at the root level but I cannot pull any data for screen resolution

You should check that you don't use filters that exclude requests for the tracking image. If you use any filters, you should try to disable them and analyze the profile once again.

If it doesn't help, please send us a sample log from your site at support@weblogexpert.com, so we'll check what could cause the issue.

Thanks Michael - are you referring to filters in IIS that I should check for?

No, I mean filters in WebLog Expert profile properties (Profile Properties > Filters).

Okay thanks - I checked and no filters enabled.
Looking more into this I see the below error:

It seems that the problem is with your web server that returns error when trying to access the script, so as the result the tracking script doesn't run.

You should check the settings of your web server to determine what causes the issue, as it depends on the web server settings and content management system (if any) you use for your site.
