If you use the Professional or Enterprise edition, you can get such report by creating a custom table:
1. Open Options > Report > Tables.
2. Choose the "Access Statistics > Most Popular Pages" table, click the "More" button and choose "Copy Table...".
3. On the "General" tab enter "Pages by Date" or any other text as the table name. On the "Data" tab choose "Activity by date" as the "Group by" field.
You can also create similar tables for files and images.
