I have recently downloaded the enterprise edition. I would like to find out the following:

A visitor can visit a page several times, in a period of time (let's say a week). Can the Weblog Expert calculate him only once? I would like to have a total number of unique visitors per the time period I am giving. How this can be done?

Unfortunately it's not possible to accurately get statistics on unique visitors for long period because of IP changes and IP sharing (the same IP used by multiple persons), so the program doesn't show statistics on unique visitors. There is the total unique IPs statistics available (number of different IPs for a period), but as I said it cannot be used to accurately estimate number of unique visitors.

Thank you for the immediate response Michael! I forgot to tell you that the site is hosted in our intranet so the ips are unique.

If IPs are unique, you can use the "Total unique IPs" statistics for total number of IPs in the analyzed logs, but the program cannot show it for each page separately.

Sorry but I do not understand!

I have a report (attached) that the total visitors number is 18 and the total unique IPs is 16 (intranet site).

My question was: A visitor can visit a page several times, in a period of time (let's say a week). Can the Weblog Expert calculate him only once? I would like to have a total number of unique visitors per the time period I am giving. How this can be done?

If each visitor has a dedicated IP, you can use the Total Unique IPs number in this table to get the total number of unique visitors.

The problem I mentioned is that you get the number of unique visitors that visited the site, you don't get a number of unique visitors/IPs that visited each individual page listed in the Pages table.
