How are "Hits" defined? Are these only GET requests?

I know the glossary states:
Hit - A request for any file (page, image, etc).

But I want to make sure and confirm this with you before I dive deeper into investigating discrepancies between my WebLog report and a previously generated reported by another of my colleagues here.

Hits include requests with all HTTP methods (GET, POST, etc.).

It is possible to filter data by HTTP method, but it will affect all reports, not only reports on number of hits, e.g. it will also affect number of page views as they also include non-GET requests by default.

You say hits include all HTTP methods. But how can I filter methods like "PROPFIND", "MOVE", "LOCK" and "UNLOCK"? These methods aren't available in the listbox.

Unfortunately there is no way to change this list at the moment. We'll consider adding such possibility in the future versions of the program.
