Hello there,

I run an Apache web server with different virtual hosts .
When I try to analyze the log files I receive the error message : " No relevant data contained in the logs " . The filters I set correctly : include - single - VirtualDomain - bewerberportal.gesundheitsparkevb.de .

An update to the latest version , I have carried out and buy the latest version . same mistake.

Best Regards

After your Post i chnage the apache configuration.
The %v field was missing.

Current logfiles can i analyse when i use the referrer-Filter.

Thank you for the fast Answer.

First of all you should check which virtual domains are listed in the Access Statistics > Virtual Domains report when you don't use this filter. If the report isn't shown while it is enabled in "Options > Report > Contents" or "Profile Properties > Report > Custom report contents", it means that the program cannot find information on virtual domains in your log files.

In such case you need to check whether your log format contains the virtual domain (%v) field. If the field is included and not recognized, you need to specify you log format in Profile Properties > Log Files. You need to choose the "Apache" log format, click the "Custom..." button to the right of it and specify your log format here.
