Redistribution of WebLog Expert Lite
Is it allowed to redistribute the installer of the freeware version (WebLog Expert Lite) as well as its language pack (second installer) with commercial software?
Naturally, no modification to either of them would be done, so the potential users would still have to manually install it (as if he / she would have downloaded the software from your website) and would see who created the tool.
If that use case should be allowed, which attribution do I have to mention (e.g. link to your website)?
If it is not allowed is there any kind of license you sell that would permit this kind of redistribution?

As I wrote, we will simply put the installer of the most recent version of WebLog Expert Lite in a "Tools" folder of our software and won't modify anything.
We will also add a link to your website in the same folder so our customers can easily get to the original source of this great tool.
