One Installation - Two Profiles with Distinct Tables Included

Is there a way to run 2 sets of reports with individual tables in each? For example, client A wants only one table type in their report, but client B wants all tables. Is there a way to run separate report profiles without the reports including the sum of all tables A & B want?

You can choose which tables and charts to generate for each profile in Profile Properties > Report > Custom report contents.
