Can't trial newer versions

I periodically review updated versions of web log analysis software considering a switch. I can't do that with your package because the uninstall does not clean up everything. An uninstall and install of the latest version still tells me I'm beyond the trial period.

If you give me a way to fix this I'll try again, otherwise I won't bother in the future to consider your product.
