"Error" on Access Statistics Page

Access Statistics page shows an error for a page. If I try to pull it up, the page comes up. There are no incomplete requests. What does the "error" mean and how can I troubleshoot it?

How does the "Access Statistics" page show an error for a page? Does it show an error title for a page below its URL?

Perhaps an image would help. Here's a screen shot showing one link with an "Error" listed above it and one link without the Error above it.

"Error" in this case is the title of the page http://portal.callnorthwest.com/ (titles are shown for pages if the "Retrieve page titles" setting is enabled in Profile Properties > General). It is the exact title retrieved for the page - if an error occurs when retrieving the title, the program doesn't show page title at all like in the second row.

Maybe this page requires authentication so WebLog Expert gets an error page when it tries to retrieve title for this page, while the page opens correctly when you open it manually.
