bandwidth numbers from Web Log Expert

Hi,
We are running a video streaming application called Wowza. I know it gets a lot of usage, but after setting up WebLogExpert Enterprise in our environment, it is showing that we are getting over 11TB average bandwidth per day. This does not make much sense since the NIC cards are averaging at only about 10 MBPS during this same period for both servers in the pool. I want to be able to provide accurate numbers to my customers, but the numbers are suspect. Any idea what we are doing wrong?

Thanks,
Mike

The problem probably appears because Wowza uses log format that differs from the formats support by WebLog Expert (W3C Extended and Apache/NCSA) so the program reports incorrect information on bandwidth. If you send us a sample log file from your server to support@weblogexpert.com, we'll check it to determine if the problem really occurs because of the format and if it is possible to correctly analyze the log using our software.
