Odd time range on report

When we produce a report for one of our customers the report shows it runs from 1st day of the Month 00:00:00 to the last day of the month 22:59:59 even though the logs run up to 23:59:59. This happens whether we set the profile to "last month" or specify the time range. Why would this be?

It seems that the problem appear because the time zone used in WebLog Expert differs by one hour from the time zone in your logs. So log file for the last day of the month contain data on activity before 22:59:59 (when converted to time shown in reports), not 23:59:59.

You can change time zone settings in the program in Options > Analysis > Date & Time to fix the issue. Alternatively you can set the program to analyze not only log files for the previous month but also first log for the next month, and set the time range to "Last month". In the second case the program will get information on the missing hour from this additional log file.
