Can WebLog Expert retrieve titles of pages of website with SSL?
I have tried it but no page titles on the report analyzed SSL-secured website.

Is it technically impossible to retrieve pages from SSL-secured site ?

It is technically possible, but unfortunately the program doesn't have this capability. It is unlikely that we implement it in the near versions of the program.

I would like to see this implemented as well. Considering most sites will be SSL compliant for SEO and security purposes. Heck, WLE sites are all in HTTPS as well.

You guys seem to be hesitant to implemented and commonly used newer standards from when you wrote the software and that's just a damn shame because it is a pretty good application.

No, the program cannot retrieve pages from SSL-secured site, only from usual HTTP URLs.
