I have the same question and I am a long-time user.
Two scenarios...
- Entering a specific page...no results
- Pages on some sites don't have page names, like:
http://www.mysite.com/somepage/
Both of these show up in the general Access Pages report, but do not show up in the Tracked Files report.
Thanks,
Warren
You need to enter file names without domain. E.g. if you wish to track page http://www.mysite.com/dir/page.html, you need to enter /dir/page.html as tracked file name. If you wish to track http://www.mysite.com/somepage/, you need to enter /somepage/ as tracked file name.
You should recheck that file names specified in the tracking settings match names shown in the Access Statistics report, including character case.
You can also send a report or log file from your site along with file names to be tracked to us at support@weblogexpert.com . We'll check them to determine what causes the problem.

I tried another domain and used page.htm...worked fine.
But no luck with the /somepage/ setup. The names are more like /some-page/ if that makes a difference.
