Why is the report (HTML format) not opening after it's generated?

I just installed on a computer running Windows 7/Chrome. On previous computer the report self-opened once generated. Thanks for help.

It seems that the .htm files on the computer aren't associated with Google Chrome. You can fix it by changing the report association as described at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/h...

You can also set the browser to be used in WebLog Expert options, Report > Browser category.
