How can I get statistics on pages of my website that people are not viewing. Like a comparison of which pages are popular vs. which pages are not.

If you use the Professional or Enterprise edition, you can create a report on the least popular pages (e.g. by making a copy of the default Pages report in Options > Report > Tables and changing the sort order). However, the program will only show pages that were requested at least once, it won't show pages without hits.
