Reports for November Not Starting on the 1st; Starting on the 10th Instead

I am having issues generating a report for the month of November. The report starts at 11/10/11 instead of 11/01/11, I entered the log request 3 different ways, ex1111*.log, last full month and time range 11-01-11 thru 11-30-11. Each time it starts analyzing on the 10th of November. Any solution will be very much appreciated.

It seems that the program cannot find information on activity for the beginning of November.

I recommend you to analyze the for the 1st of November (probably ex111101.log). If the program will show an error that there is no data in the log, it could be caused by an incorrect log format. You can find information on it at http://www.weblogexpert.com/help/wlex...

If the program will show report for the log, you should check the time range shown at the top of the report, maybe this log doesn't contain information on the 1st of November but on another date.

Actually, I cleared the Log Cache under Options >> Log Cache and it started from the first of Novemeber.
