Are there any way to exclude the User Agent using - (dash)?
It might be a Script Access but setting the filter below

doesn't work at all.

It's not possible to specify an empty value in filters, so you need to create an include "User agent" filter instead of the exclude one and enter ?* as filter criteria. This mask will match all non-empty values so empty values will be excluded.
