Error 550 when downloading log files

When downloading log files from a windows 2008 r2 server running iis I get a 550 error and the analysis fails to run.

Can anyone help?

What version of the program do you use? We have fixed such problem with FTP in IIS 7 in version 7.2, you can find more information on it in the following topic: https://getsatisfaction.com/weblogexp...
