Does WebLog take in to consideration GMT timings?

Do I need to add hours to compensate for GMT timing? My location is Sydney so to get the server time I would need to minus -11 hours. But does WebLog take my location in consideration?

WebLog Expert converts time from log files to local time zone by default automatically. You can also change time zone settings in the program in Options > Analysis > Date & Time.
