IP addresses instead of Users IDs

In the "Requests of Users" report, it is group by users ID.
So it shows each users, access which files how many times.

My questions is can the User ID be replaced by IP address instead?
So that my required report will show each IP addresses, access which files how many times.

You can create such table in Options > Report > Tables if you use the Professional or Enterprise edition. When you create the table, choose "File name" as main data and "Host" as group data so the program will show statistics on files requested by each host (IP).
