Geographic information missing from some reports

Why does report for This Month show geographic info but report for Last Month doesn't?

The scenario is:

1. I installed the Geographic and Company databases for the first time on 25th May 2012
2. I created a profile for a report for This Month (June 2012)
3. I ran the report and the output looks fine
4. I then copied the profile and changed the Time Range from This Month to Last Month (May 2012)
5. I ran the report, and the geographic and company information is missing, otherwise the report looks OK

Am I doing something wrong?

If the geographic reports are enabled for the last month profile, maybe there is a problem with format of log files for the last month. You should check if the Visitors > Hosts report contains a log of different IPs, not a few IPs with unknown country.

You can also send us reports for this and last months, so we'll check what could cause the problem.
