Scheduler unable to run WLExpert.ext - required privilege not held by client

I just upgraded the machine on which I run Weblog from XP/Pro to Win7/Enterprise/64bit.

I installed your current version 7.7.

I just realized that, although I have both the service and the scheduler running under a service account that has local admin privileges, and despite having turned off UAC, the scheduler will not run. The Weblog scheduler log shows:

- Running task [task name]
- Running command [..path\WLExpert.exe -FromScheduler [task name]
- Cannot run command: A required privilege is not held by the client.

There is nothing in the Windows event logs that is helpful. This was running fine under XP for the past couple years. What gives?

It seems to be a permission issue. You should check the program permission and encryption settings. As the program is installed on a local drive, the local system account that is used by default should work correctly, so it's better to try it first, while you can also try other admin accounts if it doesn't work.

UAC settings shouldn't affect the built-in scheduler.
