WebLog Expert can't see the files to analyse

when I press the analyse button, i get an error message which says 'cannot open file {file path}' the files are definitely there and the drive is mapped correctly so I'm wondering whether there is anything else I need to change in the options?

You should check that you enter full log path including file name or wildcard, e.g. c:\:Logs\*.log . If it doesn't help, you should check that the mapped drives can be accessed from your user account without additional username/password be entered (you can try to open or copy logs using another software to recheck that logs can be accessed such way).
