WebLog Expert not parsing all IIS logs

Hi,

I have IIS logs from 03/09/2011 - Current. For some reason, WebLog Expert is not parsing logs from 01/04/2012 - 05/10/2012. I can see all the logs downloaded in the DownloadCache folder.
The logs are coming from 2 load balanced web servers.

Nothing has changed on the web servers during that period.

Please check the images attached, and let me know if you need any further information.

The problem is probably caused by either incorrect log format or program settings.

I recommend you to create a new profile without any filters and with time range set to "All activity", and set it to analyze one log from 01/04/2012 - 05/10/2012. If the program will be able to analyze the log, there should be a problem with the original profile (e.g. filter settings). If the program will show an error, there could be a problem with logs format. You can send us the log to support@weblogexpert.com so we check it.
